Hommage to Zoran Garevski

Yesterday's event was more than an usual fashion show. It was a homage to Slovenian designer

 Zoran Garevski organised by his close friends for his 42nd birthday.

These 34 Slovenian designers have designed unique pieces inspired by Zoran's work: 

Nataša Peršuh, Dajana Ljubičić, Peter Movrin, Sanija Reja, Katja Magister, Nena Florjančić, 

Anđela Lukanović, Nina Tomažin, Ana Jelinič, Petja Zorec, Špela Hvale, Barbara Vrbančič, 

Barbara Krmelj, Matic Veler, Maja Leskovšek, Sofija Urumović, Sara Valenci, Elena Fajt, 

Almira Sadar, Vesna Mirtelj, Barbara Podlogar, JSP - Jelena & Svetlana Proković, 

Urša & Tomaž Draž, Urša Drofenik, Anja Mlakar, Maja Mehle, Marta Kosturska, 

Petra Grmek, Gia Gruden, Nina Šušnjara, Romi Bukovec, Goga Štiftar, 

Olgafacesrok - Olga Košica & Rok Marinšek,

 and Marjeta Grošelj.

Not just that all mentioned participated in the show, there was also an act of charity behind it, 

because each of the pieces went on auction straight after the show. Raised money goes to Hospic,

hospice house in Ljubljana, which is currently taking care of Zoran. 

Despite of his illness, Zoran attended the event, sitting in a first row 

and admiring models wearing his colleagues' creations. 

There is no need to say that the crowded room was filled with emotions 

and we were honoured to be part of it.
